COVID-19 Policy/Procedures

Effective June 1st, we are increasing our office hours from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm.
At that time, we will provide routine eye care for prescription glasses and contact lenses as well as medically-necessary eye health care.
For the safety of our medical staff and patients, you must wear a mask when coming to the clinic. Services will not be provided to those who do not wear a mask.
In addition, no more than one family member may accompany a patient to their appointment to promote social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Insurance & Payment Information

We accept most major medical and vision insurances.

To see if we work with your insurance carrier or vision care plan, please call our office for assistance. Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Is it difficult for you to make an appointment on your busy schedule?  No problem!  We accept walk-ins when possible during the morning hours before 10:30 am, or in the afternoons from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm to accommodate your busy schedule.

Financing Options

We also offer financing to our patients that desire to stretch their dollars on prescription eyewear, sunglasses, and contact lenses, making our products affordable for everyone!

ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective September 1, 2020, for business reasons, our practice can no longer provide care to adult patients whose primary insurance is Amerigroup HMO as we cannot provide medical eye care for such patients. You may change your medical insurance to any of the following: Molina, Medicare, United Health Care AARP, Aetna. This way, you can continue to receive quality medical eye care at our practice.
